The Journey

Land of the Magdalene, the Cathars,
and the mysteries of the living waters.

Welcome to Sacred France. Join William Henry for an opportunity to trace the path of Mary Magdalene and the ancient lineage who taught the secrets of the healing waters and the elixir of life.

Mysteries of the Magdalene is designed for those ready to answer the call of Southern France and to share the experience with like-minded seekers. You will walk in the footsteps of the Cathars and the Holy Family — from the healing waters of Lourdes to Mary Magdalene's Ascension Cave at St. Baume.

In the Pyrenees, Mother Mary is known as ‘the White Lady’, ‘the Pure One’, flashing across the mountain tops in her golden body of light. Her story guides our journey. At Lourdes she appeared as a radiant being to a young girl named Bernadette, and manifested a healing spring infused with a divine vibration that today draws millions of visitors every year.

In an astounding revelation, William revealed that Mary infused the waters of Lourdes with frequencies that not only heal the physical body, but also wash our robes of light and activate our light bodies, too.

During our journey we will explore William's extraordinary and exclusive historical connections between Mary, who was raised as an Essene priestess, and the light body teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and other traditions, including the ancient Egyptians. We will unite the mysteries of the Essenes with their source…in the heavens.

From the sacred grotto where Mary appeared to Bernadette, to the Cathar stronghold of Montsegur, to the cave where Magdalene lived for thirty years, every site we visit offers a gateway into profound spiritual insight and transformation.

This journey impacted me far more deeply than expected. Standing in caves, basilicas, chapels and along ancient pathways, I often felt overwhelming reverence, sometimes moved to tears of gratitude and peace. Above all, this journey reminded me that spirituality is meant to be lived, not just studied. I returned with renewed wonder, peace, gratitude, and purpose — and a deeper trust in my unfolding spiritual path.

The Ascension Cave

Where Magdalene Lived for Thirty Years

On Day 10 we take a magical, mystical journey to the Grotte de Sainte-Baume — the cave-cathedral where Mary Magdalene lived for thirty years and from which she ascended. It is one of the oldest places of pilgrimage in the Christian world, and it is here she would have communed with the ascended Christ.

We ascend on a serene, smooth path built for the Kings of France, through an ancient and lush forest. The trail is up, up, up — but all can reach it at their own pace. The special energy in the air is palpable.

Afterwards we visit the Basilique Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, home to an astounding treasure: the gold-sealed skull of the Magdalene herself, enshrined in the crypt beside the stone coffin in which her body was interred for centuries.

Traveling with the Starwalkers is a pilgrimage for me. My journey began with a weekend in Nashville, continued through an initiation in Egypt, and the Magdalene tour brought real clarity to my relationship with myself and others. I loved the slow, steady movement through the French countryside, the peace of the sacred spaces, and William's presentations along the way. I returned with a deeper sense of peace and a connection to the Divine Feminine.
